Are HR Metrics Intangible?

Stepping back in time to McKinsey’s War for Talent — capital is abundant, strategies are copyable and talent is the only competitive advantage (or something close to that).

Are a company’s talent, ability to develop potential, rewards, success of recruiting strategy and execution of employment brand really intangible?

I think not.
